DEMOGRAPHIC AGEING is one of the most serious challenges for Europe. It calls for innovative ways to address the needs of older adults. HOMECARE plays a crucial role to enable older adults to live longer, healthier and more independent lives at home. But there’s a daily experience of a mismatch between the skills older adults and their families are demanding and those offered by homecare practitioners.The main aim of CARESS project is to overcome this skill gap.
